Good Price for Macbook?

Looking at a used Macbook, wanted to know you guys (and gals) thoughts on how much it should go for:
Black MacBook
2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
-1GB RAM
-120GB 5400 RPM Hard Drive
- Superdrive
- Mac OS Tiger

Purchased in Nov of 06 and has AppleCare til Nov. 09.

How's the casing and screen?

Outside of of what appear to be some smudges (which I gather is normal for the Black-book) the screen is supposedly in good condition with no dead pixels.
