Good quality USB to 1/4 cable? Firewire?

I was looking at some convenient USB to 1/4 cables. Or even a Firewire to 1/4 if it exists. I don't want to buy a cable with high-impedance so I can plug my guitar into my Macbook Pro. I have a regular quality audio interface already, but want this for convenience and portability.

I was looking at the Alesis GuitarLink and it seems pretty good, though I saw the 2nd review here mentions the bad impedance:
