Depends on which G5 you have. All G5's can use PC3200 RAM except for the very last revision (Dual-Cores, Late 2005) which used PC4200 RAM.

If you have anything but the last revision, it should work just fine. Looks like a good price too. I've had nothing but good experiences with OWC.
