Good second monitor for 27 Imac to be used vertically

I should be finally receiving my 27 inch iMac next week from B&H. I'm thinking of buying a second monitor to be used vertically alongside the iMac. I do a lot of research so I thought I could have an open word doc on the vertical monitor and do my research on the iMac screen. My desk isn't the biggest so this should also save a little space. I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions for a good monitor that can be set up vertically. The height of the iMac is 20.3 inches so I'm thinking of a monitor that would have this height when set up vertically so they match, if that makes sense.
