I'm looking for some good settings to run TF2 on my 2010 15" Macbook Pro, I have the 2.4Ghz i5 model. Anyone know some good settings that mesh performance and graphics nicely. This would be running natively in OSX, not on Windows.

Tf2 automatically puts the video settings at what it thinks are the optimal settings for your computer. The ideal levels are marked with an asterisk.

In game, open up the console with ~ and type net_graph 1. This will make the game display your current framerate and see how well the game is performing at the current settings. Net_graph 0 will remove that info.

My suggestion, go for fps/performance over better graphics—if you arent getting 60 fps, sacrifice environment detail settings, etc...to let the game play more smoothly.

Play around with the settings and find out, Probably a mix of low/medium though.

Really? My x1600 iMac runs TF2 in low-medium for 30-60fps. I'd imagine a newer Macbook Pro would do things a lot better than that.
