Good time for FCE HD 3.5?

With the announcement of FCP 2, is it a good time for Final Cut Express HD? or is there an upgrade around the corner?

I don't need it NOW... but I just bought a new HD camcorder (Canon HV20) and I'd like to move from iMovie.
