Good time to buy 2010 MBP 13 ?

I'm looking to get a MBP 13 but not sure if I should wait or get it now. Majority of my application is around Photoshop (at amatuer level) + Programming + some video editing and routine usage. I'm not sure if I should buy now or wait till summer to get those free iPod deals with MBP 13. I'm not planning to get 17" one because already have Sony Vaio for bigger screen and quite happy with it. Any recommendations please ? Is it routine for Apple to have those MBP deals with free iPod during summer time ?
