Good Trade?

I've been offered a trade with my friend, local no shipping, should I take it?

I give:
5 year old 120gb Sata HD
5 year old Nvidia FX5600 AGP
1gb DDR2 Ram PC3200 I think

I get:
iPod Video 30gb Black
Belkin (I think) leather case


Good deal? I dont use the HD or GFX Card but it will leave my imac with 512mb ram I use DW and PS but ram isnt expensive to pick up another stick is it?

Should I trade or not?

a 2nd gen shuffle but its full and it dont like that it has no screen and small capacity and I could sell that and buy some ram.
