Good VisualHub/iSquint alternative?

Got the new iPhone 4 and besides the ****** antenna band, I LOVE the screen. I want to put videos on the phone but sadly, no damn video converter! iTunes/QuickTime oversizes the video files and visualhub and isquint are no longer in service. can anyone help me out here?

It now accepts most file formats. The earlier versions only accepted DVDs.
