you're only options are IE and iCab You may be able to find a version of netscape out on the intarweb but I'm not sure it will be any better then IE (feature wise).

There is a new Mozilla-based browser targeted at MacOS 9. A Google search should find it for you.

You may want to try Classilla. It's an attempt to update Mozilla for 2009 on the classic Mac OS. It is a work in progress so it will have problems. Using this alongside iCab would give you a fairly complete browsing experience.

Though I do not know what you will do for accessing Flash based sites.
