Good Webcam Im App???

hey i have a lot of deaf friends and need to be able to sign using webcam. i need to know of any good webcam apps that have good quality and speed, as well as any programs that are multiplatform and webcam compatible.

iChat or Yahoo Messenger.
There's no program out there that'll give u good quality and speed with multiplatform.
Maybe u can try Mercury Messenger or aMSN.

and if you have a USB webcam instead of the iSight, make sure to check out macam
