Good website host?

Hi, I just made a website in iWeb and am looking for a good host. I want a host that is free, and it has to be able to support the basic file types (.mp4, .gif, .jpg, .html, etc) Also it has to be free. I don't care if I get a top level domain or not, I just want a basic, free alternative to .Mac

It's all going to be personal preference. Mine has been iPowerweb for several years. Very cost effective, good service, 24/7 support, downtime is very, very rare.
