Good Widescreen Display for Under $250?

What widescreen display (either 19" or 20") can I get for under $250? What would you guys recommend? Any personal preferences? Thanks, much appreciated.

I really like the Viewsonic displays, I got a 22" Viewsonic from www.frys.com a couple weeks back for $200 and it's been fantastic, they're sold out now though. This 20" Viewsonic is just the step below what I got, and it's only $180, so I would get that right now. Just my 2¢.

I have the Samsung SyncMaster 931BW. 19" widescreen, 2ms response and it was $130.
