Greetings all and sundry.

My old DL604 is crapping out and I'm in the market for a new *wired* router (I have my reasons for not getting wireless... I just... do... unless there's a very high recommendation for a wireless router).

I have a DL DSL-306G modem, a Sipura 1001 VOiP adapter and a tendency to download/upload torrents - but I don't game. I *have* been careful with upload/download rates but the router is simply no longer stable enough for my needs. In fact, it's so bad that I've removed the router (and, therefore, my VOip home phone) from the set-up because it was driving me nuts.

I've had an inability to find some good recommendations for wired routers that can handle my (I thought reasonable) needs.

So I have come to this here large and informed forum to plead for some assistance and hand-holding.

My first concern is stability, not necessarily price, since I figure I'll be using this thing for another 3-5 years.

Please help. Please, please, please.

:)
