Does anyone know if it's possible to use GoodReader to password protect game apps on the iPad? I'd like to keep my child from opening certain games, and I've tried putting them in a password protected GoodReader folder, but GoodReader couldn't seem to read them...I emailed the developer Goodiware about this, but they haven't responded.
I realize that I can use the iPad's settings to limit access to apps marked for certain age levels, but I've found that Apple's age rating system is kinda spotty - so I can't turn off access to a game like N.O.V.A. 2 (rated a questionable 9+) without eliminating my child's ability to access any other game rated 9+...
If this doesn't work on GoodReader and someone knows an alternate method for password protecting specific apps (that doesn't require jailbreaking!) I'd love to know it. Thanks!
