Goodreader, save email attachments

If I have an email attachment, I can open it in Goodreader, but can I save it? Or when I delete the email is the file going to be gone?

You can save everything. I highly recommend Good Reader. It provides a psuedo file system for your ipad for storing PDFs and other documents. I have train schedules and reference documents which I can organize, rename, file and star as important. Well worth the price.

I love Goodreader. wish I had found it before shelling out $10 for Air Sharing HD.
