GoodReader with Cyberduck SSH files

Hi everyone. I`m trying to upload files from my iPad using Cyberduck. I`d like just to put the pdf files directly into the GoodReader files, but i can`t find the files whe i access the iPad (Wi-Fi) using Cyberduck. Does any body here know where the GoodReader files locate? Thanks.
