iPad goof deal for second hand ipad?

On my local craigslist there is an 32gb iPad 4 for $325 as far as I can tell this should be a good deal. Unfortunately buying used I do not get a warranty, and in the post it claims to have a scratch on the back( which does not bug me all to much.

There is no actual pictures of the ipad only stock

Sounds like a 'too good to be true' price to me.

Assuming it is less than a year old, buying used does get you a warranty.

I would meet at Apple and have it verified not stolen. Then watch yourself in the parking lot.
