Hi All
My company is using GA to track e-commerce and to track content, but it seems like the two are disconnected..
e.g I can view what's sold and sort it by that, and I can view what's been looked at but I can't analyse them together.
I can't look at a sale and see the customers navigation path, I want to be able to measure this so I can see what navigation paths result in a sale, which traffic flows are more likely to make sales, I'd also like to be able to view metrics such as:
Page Visits | Bounce Rate | Conversion Rate | Quantity | Revenue
Is there a way of conjoining the two, our website has a seperate checkout page which I think has a tracking pix on it to see what the sku's are which have sold, but this seems to in no way relate to the page title where the sale came from.
I can view revenue by traffic source, e.g direct google organic etc if that helps!
I'd really appreciate any assistance or ideas anyone has on this.
Kind Regards
Nick
