does anyone know how to export Google Calendar to a file and then upload it to iCloud??? I need step by step instructions...

please. google and apple don't play well and I'm moving everything over to apple...

thank you

Do you have access to a Mac?
If so, set up both accounts (iCloud and the Google account) in the Calendar app settings on the Mac and then
- Select your Google calendar in the sidebar in the Calendar app
- go to File -> Export to save the selected calendar as ical file
- go to the exported ical file and click it to import to Calendar app again
- in the prompt select the desired iCloud calendar to import it to
- done.

Ok what do I do if I just want to export to a desktop from Google and import to iCloud

Thank you so much.

I will not create new topic, because it is regarded to google calendar.
Tell me please, if there is any possibility to synchronize google calendar with iphone and macbook calendars. In two ways.

What i want is to work on macbook/iphone apps when using my devices but also have access to it from google chrome with all data. In google stack there is something like reminders, which i am alerted on phone but i do not know how tu fully integrate it to see it in reminder app on iphone.

Also, except of calendar option known as "reminders" there is app to do from google which works nice with google keep gmail etc - and it can have its own reminders. I want to also have it on mac. I am adding print screens what from google i want. Sorry if it is not very well edited - i am learning macbook tools to edit pictures:)

So REMINDER1 is normal reminder which probably will synchronize normally. Also on right of the screen there is blue reminder2 - it is from to do google app and as You can see on 4.12 date - it does not look the same as calendar reminder and i can not see on the left in calendars any option to show it up on calendar view.

Tell me please if there is any method to have all this information synchronized both ways from google to macbook and from mac/iphone to google?I think it will be more comfortable to use macbook apps, but maybe not? If not, i could use google calendar from google.

Are there any advantages to use mac calendar? Can i somehow integrate it with mac email app for example?
Thank You for Your opinions and help.

OK i can see, both of them are avaiable on google calendar, so it should be seen in apple calendar. IN apple settings of mailbox i have checked google calendars synchronization ON (for gmail) but in calendar app i can see only 4 of 6 of them. Why it happens? What can i do so see them all? I do not have events and reminders.
Also, is there any way to see in app calendar on iphone when i got something planned colored points like on day view (on month view it is all grey) and can i see week view there (not only montj and day) ?

I only use Google calendars in Apple Calendar app, no ideas about reminders/to do..

Weekview -> turn iPhone so the screen is in landscape :)
