Google Chrome in Mavericks

Hi all, there are couple issues with my chrome on Mavericks. Hope some of you could help.

First, in activity monitor, I see Google Chrome Helper (not responding) as well as PepperFlashPlayer (Not Responding).

Second of all, I could not update Google Chrome no matter what (update error:12) and I have followed Google's troubleshoot to no avail.

Anyone has any idea?

I get the same. Wait for an update to Chrome. Even with the errors, flash still seems to sort of work... at least as well as it ever did.
