Google Chrome Opening Attachment Window In Dark Mode?

Hi,

For the last two days when I've been attaching files to Gmail (using chrome as my browser) it's started opening in dark mode (see screenshot) even though dark mode is set to off. I've tried restarting chrome and my Macbook but it's not fixed it, does anyone know why and how to fix it please?

You can try to set "Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents" to disable in chrome://flags/

Thanks, is this in the Mac OS settings or Chrome settings please?

Edit: I've just found the setting in chrome but it doesn't make a difference whether it's in light, dark or device
