just like the title say. I get these persistent pop-ups from google chrome browser everytime I closed or switch apps on my iPhone pro currently I'm on ios 13.1. I tried finding out on google chrome if there's a setting in there to turn it off and I can't find any. I appreciate if any one can help me!

It's kinda pointless using a different browser than Safari on an iPhone. 3rd party browsers (Chrome, Firefox) are built on the same WebKit foundation as Safari. They're basically all the same but just have a different interface. I've never found a webpage that won't render correctly on Safari but will work correctly on the other browsers.
But if you like using Chrome, there's no harm in that, it just really isn't any different than safari besides the look.
On the Mac it's a different story
