Google Chrome, preferences wont open, help!

Hey,

When i am in Google Chrome and i go Chrome -> Preferences all i see is an empty window that's called 'Under the Hood' WTF?!

That's all i get... i cant do anything with it, i have left it open for ages... :/

I just decided to switch from Safari because this is quicker and YouTube was making my Safari just freeze up D:
