google chrome

since a few hours ago, google chrome on my computer is broken.
I've tried reinstalling chrome and a few other tips i got from googling, but nothing has worked so far
anybody got ideas?

Did you uninstall it completely before installing it again?

Best way to FULLY DELETE a program without the need of any additional, inefficient applications
