1. Google + will no longer house your photo's. Google Drive will now have the responsibilty of saving all photo's and video's to the cloud. This is a backend redirection, nothing more, but it does look like "Google Photos" will become a stand alone app and this will be the app that you will interact with. Having your photo's in Google+ never really made any sense after Google axed the Gallery app. This basically looks to be on par with how Apple is now doing photo's in both the new OSX version and the mobile version of Photos.
2. Drag and drop on mobile. Self-explanitory and thank you Google.
3. And this is a biggie: Native streaming for audio and video directly from Google Drive storage!
