Hey everyone,

I just recently downloaded the Google Drive app and now have the Google Drive folder on my computer.

When I open the folder, it says 410.64 GB available (see attached photo).

Could someone please explain if this is correct? Has Google actually given me that much space in the cloud??

Thanks!

Mine says 793GB available. It isn't showing what is available on your Google Drive account; it is showing what is available on your hard drive.

EDIT: You can see what you have available by clicking on the Menubar icon.

Thanks, tobefirst!

I'm on 4 hours of sleep and just got a new MacBook so not used to seeing that much HD space ;)

Edit: And I feel plenty embarrassed ;)
