Alright I'm fairly new to macs so I just downloaded GoogleEarth. The program is working fine, but we're going diving today and tomorrow and there are sites that give the specific dive spots in GPS coordinates to download and open with GE. Well I have downloaded them and I can't seem to get them to open because they are .exe's. Can anyone please walk me through this so I can get these dive locations?

Thanks so much

no, *.exe is windows executable files. It will not run under OSX by default, and even the tricks (crossover office) probably will not run it to cooperate with google earth.

I would suggest you find the GPS coordinators in numbers and then try to locate it on google earth directly.

You would need something like VMWare Fusion to install Windows on your Mac - you can get a free demo version. Then you could have Google Earth and your .exe files running on that.
