Google execs convicted

This was bound to happen sooner or later. It does set bad precedent but the poster needs to take responsibility too.

Google is a service not the culprit here. Note: this is not in the US so the precedent may not carry over.
 
I agree with jessica on this one. Google isn't to blame. That would be like a film company taking them to court saying they allow users to find torrent files.
 
I agree, this is complete lunacy, google execs are convicted but the kids who actually filmed the video only get expelled from school. Leave it to the Italians to come up with some half brained crap like this.
