Google Gears on Mac Chrome?

Aside from 1Password the one thing I need to have if I'm to use Chrome exclusively is offline Gmail.

Does this exist yet?

OR do I have to wait to be able to use Chrome and Docs & Gmail offline, along with Reader?

i believe html5 will give you offline access but i dont think it has been implemented yet

Sorry, slightly misremembered, it's just Safari 4 on SL that's having problems. It may have partial support. It's hard to follow those threads.

Correct. As a web developer, I'm looking forward to HTML5.
