Google Handwriting

Check out Google Handwriting. You can activate it in your Google settings (top right corner on a tablet).

It works really well. I can see Android implementing it for posting on forums, etc and I think it would be much better to use than the current keyboard on an iPad. I would be very keen to use it if there was a similar jailbreak or Apple ever implemented it.

Takes too long for me. With the iPad keyboard that I'm using right now I'm not all that much slower than on a physical keyboard but having to handwrite everything I reckon it'd be slow and crippling for those, like me, that ramble on and on
