Google Maps cache size unlimted???

I was so amazed to see that the new version of Google Maps had a larger cache for offline viewing. But the maps stored in memory just keeps growing, it actually seems to have a huge limit that I can't reach.

Look in your Settings>General>Usage.

Mine has grown from the humble 6.7mb download to 100mbs!

It has a limit of 500 or 512MB.
