google maps location

i was using google maps and find my location perfectly ... till today when i selected 'not allow' upon opening google maps. i now can't get it to find location- i get a message stating "Google Maps does not have permission to use your location"

i reset location services, even cleared the cache, history and cookies from the browser. when that failed i did a reset -still no luck.

i have a ATT 3G ipad- any help would be appreciated!

Did you do Settings / Location Services and ensure the switch is set to on for Maps?

maps is no longer listed there

System Preferences->Security and Privacy->Privacy->Location Services. Turn it on.

Yeah make sure that you have Location services turned On in Setting and the Location Services enabled for Maps. Otherwise go for resetting the IPad to factory settings. I hope this will solve your issue.
