Has anyone found an extension to redirect or rewrite web urls to google maps instead of Apple Maps?
It used to always be google maps in Chrome but now it seems to open the Desktop Apple Maps App, which is crap.
It seems that the websites just define the map links and not just a generic web link which I could change a default for.
I usually want to get directions for bikes in my area which Apple Maps simply cannot do (AT ALL), but Google has always been good at it.
While searching I only find issues with people dealing with it on iOS but I am on the Mac (Big Sur). Url-rewrite extensions may work.
