Google mobile app will not work

Hi I have an Iphone second generation and when I try to use google mobile app it opens a Legal Notice page that I cant figure out what it means
I went to the apple store and they told me to reeboot the phone to get rid of the problem and I did but now the problem is still there.
Any help?
