Thought I'd share.....

Stumbled across a new iPhone-enhanced version of Google News yesterday. It even has YouTube links in some news stories and a cool icon for your Homescreen. It's snappy and well-organized.

If this has been posted before, my apologies. I searched the site, and found nothing about this.

 Enjoy.....

news.google.com it will automatically recognize iPhone and iPod Touch and go to news.google.com/m/news...

Yes. Thank you.

I guess I assumed that the URL was already well-known.

I should never assume anything though, because it makes an ass out of u and me. All me in this case though. :D

Hmm.. just another website changing the page to an 'optimized' version!

To be honest, the normal google pages view pretty quickly without mobile versions. I never use the google mobile search, I always view the 'desktop' version to work with.

The problem with the new Google News page is that you used to be able to customize the news. There doesn't seem to be anyway to do that with the new page.

I was using the normal pages too, and I agree, they did load fast enough. But now, they don't let you load the normal page anymore. It redirects to the iPhone version.

Can you do it if you sign in?
