Universal Google Photo tries to upload same stuff again

Hi

so i uploaded my iCloud Library to Google Photo using their Mac uploader yesterday. Now i installed the app on my iPhone and the stupid thing tries to download my whole iCloud library to upload it to Google Photos again.

Any idea what i am doing wrong? Thanks!
