Google pulled the plug on PiP in Safari again

It seems that Google reversed course on letting users have PiP in Safari as it's not working again after they re-enabled it for a brief period of time (iPhone 7+ 14.0.1).

Tested on multiple devices across reboots, so it's definitely not just my phone.
