Google Reader in Safari Title Bar

I've been using Safari more and more, but one thing that annoys me is the # of unread stories not shown in the title bar with Google Reader. It seems like the title or tab bar is not being updated with the # of unread stories and just stays static with the "Google Reader" text. Anyway to fix this?
