Normally, I select a word, hit +shift+L and I get a Google search of that word in a new tab. Ingenious, I used to use it all the time. But now, in Safari 5.1, that shortcut refers to "Reading List".

Does anybody know wether there is a new shortcut for the Google search, and what that may be?

+1 Google search direct

hi,
Cmd + Shift + L was a very useful shortcut , i 'm really disappointed.:(
Cmd + Alt + F is less useful.
Please, if someone find the new shortcut...
