Google SMS goes beta in the UK

I know this was available in the US in beta format but it's now in the UK too.

There's a useful guide to how to use it here although given you can search for driving directions, prices, answers - you may find it more useful to print out their wallet-size hints sheet.

It's free from the Google side - you just pay your normal message codes apparently.
