Google updates

MacOS 10.15.3, Mac Mini late 2014. I am continually plagued by these two messages. They most often occur when I'm accessing sites using Chrome. I've tried to look up info about the malicious software, and found some suggested fixes. But they don't work. Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to reset your chrome?

I mean restore to default settings. Reset Chrome settings to default - Google Chrome Help
