Google Video Player problems

I'm having trouble with Google Video Player starting up. I click on the app and shows up in the dock but the actual app doesn't show up any where on the screen. I also downloaded a video (which I don't think downloaded fully.. it took like 1 second and the icon on the desktop does nothing when I open it).

I think the second problem is only because the GVP wasn't fully installed.

So I don't know if anybody has ever this problem or know how's to fix it. I've already downloaded both things multiple times to no avail.

Bah. Nevermind. Of course a simple restart fixes it. It'd be nice if they told me I needed to do that before I downloaded 8 billion times, but it's all good I guess.
