Google Voice question

Is there a way to link my cell number to my google voice number so when people text my cell number it forwards to my google voice number and when i reply it will show it came from my cell number?

I have Textnow and I am using it, but I wanted to know if there was a way when I replied to a text I could make it show my cell number not my Google Voice number!

Why would you want to do that? The thought process should be that you want to save money by using Textnow + GV instead of paying AT&T (or whoever outside the US) for a texting plan.

Now you're just looking for a way to have two text numbers and yet, still pay for a full texting plan. Backwards I think.
