Hey guys,

I'll be going to the US in June for 2 months and I want to use AT&T's goPhone service (pre-paid) on my iPhone 3G. I read on another post that you can just buy a goPhone package from Best Buy and activate the SIM without putting the SIM in the goPhone, putting the SIM in the iPhone instead.

So... I was wondering if there was a way I could just buy a goPhone SIM card without having to buy the cheap phone as well. I'll only be in the US for 2 months so it seems like a waste to get a phone that's locked to AT&T just to end up giving it away or throwing it out.

tl;dr: Does AT&T sell just the GoPhone SIM card by itself? If so, where/how can I get one?
