GoPro content iPad to Mac transfer question

Hi all

Whilst away from home I copied about 50GB of content from my GoPro to the Capture app on my iPad to clear space on the camera, but now that I'm home I can't work out how to get the content off the iPad and onto my Mac to edit it. Anyone know how to do this?
