Gorgeous silver dock icons

I lost track of where I found this desktop, but I would love to find these beautiful metalic dock icons. Extensive searching has drawn a blank. Any help most welcome.

That's where you may have seen the pic. I just happened to switch tabs and go between that thread and yours.

Thanks. I'm going to leave this thread up in case anyone has an opinion. For example, could he have just made the icons monochrome? It would be easy enough, and if so, looks pretty good to me...
