The last two days, I've been getting a phone call from the number 493-15. I haven't picked up because it seems odd to me, and I've noticed there was no option to deny the call either. What does this mean? There's no way to look it up either.
 
It means you're being called from a place that has a PBX or other ISDN-like implementation. They can put in whatever number they like into the caller ID field (even fake or nonexistent ones), and that's what you'll see in Caller ID.

Skype used to do this, not sure if they fixed it fully though.
 
They are coming for you... hide your family and lock your doors.
 
Do you know anybody that might be calling you from Skype? That sounds similar to they type of numbers that show up on phones from that.
