Hi, Basically I would like someone to take some screenshots for me, this is for Masters University Research.

I would like some ultra high resolution aerial photographs of a site, and the riMac is perfect for that using the maps application and taking a screenshot of that window!

Since the screen is 5120 x 2880 pixels it far outperforms using my 1080p and sticking multiples together. I want to avoid stitching for this is inaccurate and very time consuming at high resolution.

The apple maps applications window can be resized to go off screen as wide as the graphics card allows and double the height of the screen, resulting in a single screen shot of nearly 10,000 x 5760 (57 mega pixels!). I am only able to get about 4000 x 2000 pixels (8mega pixels) which requires a lot of stitching to get the high res and isn't very accurate!

You can do this by filling the screen with the window, then move the window as far right as possible, drag the side of the window to fill the screen again (getting double width). Then do the same for the height (getting double height). - sometimes the height snaps back to screen size so do it last.

To take a shot use the the keys together; "shift, cmd and 4", then press space bar to make it screen show a window. This does the entire window whether it's on screen or off!

Is anyone willing to take some screen shots for me please?! If so I can PM the location details.

Any help would be amazing thanks!
