My Black, 16GB iPhone 5 finally arrived today via UPS. I ordered via the Apple Online (USA) Store at ~6am on launch day.

Looking at the box before opening I notice everything is in Spanish. Opening the box, the directions are also in Spanish. Weird but I think nothing of it.

Upon boot, I get a NO SIM dialog. Thinking it came unseated, I shake the phone and restart. Still NO SIM. I use a paper clip to open the tray, and NO SIM!

There is no AT&T branding on the box as with my old iPhone and I'm not sure if this is a mix up or what. I have an IP4, so should I

A)Cut down my existing SIM to fit, try to activate, and risk not having a phone if activation fails?

B)Go to ATT store, buy a SIM, cut that one down and then try to activate?

C)Return? Genius Bar? Other? What if it's unlocked and I somehow got lucky?

Take it to an Apple Store if you have one near you (Get a Genius Bar appt first!). If not, call Apple support.
